Villa Prinolithos has a habitable surface of 160 m² and 60 m² of terraces and is built on a plot of 5000 m² with no immediate neighbours. The villa consists of 3 floors, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.

On the ground floor there is a large open plan area with a comfortable lounge with a working fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen, opening out to spacious verandas. The kitchen is functional and well equipped with refrigerator/freezer, full sized cooker with 4 rings and oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Amenities also include washing machine, CD player, TV, DVD player and dial-up internet connection.

A double and a twin bedroom (where beds can be made as a double, if for a couple), both air-conditioned, are on the ground floor and share a spacious bathroom.

A staircase leads to the loft, where a third bedroom is set, with three single beds and a shower/WC. This bedroom offers no complete privacy from the rest of the house, as it has no door.

The property also has a separate , self contained guest-studio, with direct access to the pool area. It consists of a bedroom with three single beds, a sitting room and has a neat kitchenette corner, a shower /WC and is air-conditioned. Being independent from the rest of the villa, it is often turned into the kids’ private hideaway and playroom.

The 8x5m infinity swimming pool (1,10-1,90m deep) that is set in front of the villa, surrounded by almond and oak trees, the pool terrace with sun loungers & umbrellas, the built-in BBQ and the eating out facilities complete the picture of a relaxed atmosphere and ensure of a most enjoyable stay.

We have taken the greatest care in designing the villa to be a welcoming place, well laid out for families, and to provide a very cool, relaxing and comfortable feeling.

Though it is a self-catering property, our personal approach is very much present from the welcome meet & greet you will receive at Chania airport to our special treats and our attentive assistance throughout your Crete holiday.
